DITI LEGAL

Refund &
Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a paid Diti subscription and how we handle eligible refund requests. It applies unless a signed order form or written agreement states different terms.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time by emailing ajay@dititesting.com from the email address associated with your workspace. To prevent the next renewal, send the request at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

Unless a different term is agreed in writing, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not provide a prorated refund for unused time in a billing period.

When a refund may be available

We review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material service issue that we cannot resolve. Charges for services already delivered, partial billing periods, and change-of-mind requests are not normally refundable. Any refund eligibility in an order form or written agreement takes precedence over this policy.

How to request a refund

Email ajay@dititesting.com with your workspace name, invoice or payment reference, charge date, and the reason for your request. We may ask for further information to verify the account and payment.

Refund processing timeline

Once a refund is approved, Diti will process the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Contact
